What was the highlight of Strand Hotel
The hotel personnel assisted us with our luggage as there were stairsteps going to the hotel.
We stayed for three nights at this hotel which is literally a few steps coming out of the downtown MRT. The location of the hotel is a BIG PLUS factor. I requested for two (2) single beds and a double bed which I had in our room. The room is spacious and clean and the front desk staff were always ready with their smile. Everytime we asked for extra bottles of water, they readily gave us the same with a smile on their face. There was also unlimited supply of coffee and tea at the lobby and we loved it since we drank coffee and tea most of the time. We would definitely book this hotel the next time we visit Singapore.

Quite pleasant and staff were courteous and helpful.
Nice large, spacious and clean room. Location very central.
Did not have hot water. The water for showering was less than lukewarm.
